How to check the status of my Child SASSA Grant application Online
Track application status check online of Child SASSA Grant application can be done on the SASSA Portal https://services.sassa.gov.za/. Log in on the SASSA Online Services https://services.sassa.gov.za/ using your username and password and then click the ‘Track my Application’ tab. You can also use this link if you need to apply for a grant, update personal details, upload supporting documents, or contact grant customer support by clicking on the specific tab.
- If you do not have a username and password, follow the following procedure
- Open: https://services.sassa.gov.za/Account/Register
- Fill out the user registration
- Provide your correct personal details such as your name, surname, ID number etc.
- Provide an email address as well as your phone number
- Provide a password, which you will make use of when signing into your SASSA account.
Alternatively go to the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) office nearest to where you applied with your ID document and the receipt you received during the submission of the application and they will be able to assist.
