How to cancel SASSA R350 Application

If your conditions have changed and would like to cancel the SASSA R350 application, you can do so from the SASSA SRD Portal.

1. Go to www.srd.sassa.gov.za
2. Scroll down to where you’ll find “Cancel My Application”
3. Click the yellow bar that says “Click Here To Cancel Online
4. Enter your ID number
5. Enter your phone number
6. Click “Send Pin”
7. You’ll receive an SMS with an OTP number
8. Insert the OTP number in the required field
9. Click “Verify Pin”
10. Click “Cancel My Grant”

Your South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) Social Relief of Distress (SRD) Grant application will be canceled successfully.
