To Cancel your Virgin Active membership, by giving 20 business days’ written notice of termination and pay a reasonable cancellation fee plus any arrears. If you have paid your membership fees in full upfront and you wish to cancel your membership before the expiry of your Commitment Period, then you must give us 20 business days’ written notice of termination and they will refund you the membership fees you have already paid in respect of the unexpired period of your Commitment Period less a reasonable cancellation fee.
When you end your membership, Virgin Active will automatically also end/cancel the membership for your linked children (Under 14 years) memberships.

You may freeze your Virgin Active Contract for a minimum of month up to a maximum of 6 months in a 12 month cycle for medical and travel reasons provided you are not in arrears. We will charge you a monthly administration fee for freezing your membership.
If you would like to cancel your Virgin Active membership within 5 business days of the initial Contract, excluding the day of signature. Provided your cancellation letter is received by your Home Club within the 5 day cooling-off period, they will refund all payments made by you on return of any promotional item(s) they may have given you on joining.
